Like a lot of kids of the 90s and early 00s I was absolutely obsessed with all things Hello Kitty and Sanrio. Every so often my mom would take my sister and I to the stationary store on Main Street that the counselor at my Catholic School owned. It was amazing. I always remember being so happy when I entered- it had that “paper” smell that i love. Kind of like an art store.
