Living in Greenpoint for the majority of my time in Brooklyn, I was intimately familiar with the G train. Especially in my last 5 years living off the last G train stop in Brooklyn before it goes off into Queens. Its the only train that doesn't go into Manhattan at any point. I always kind of loved it for that reason, and no it doesn't take 20 minutes in between trains anymore.
