Ever since I moved to Brooklyn I’d been in and around Greenpoint. My second year of Parsons, 2012, I moved on to Herbert Street under the BQE. Off the Graham Ave L. Funnily enough when I moved to north Greenpoint off the G train after college, I started working on graham a couple blocks from my old spot. Walking about 30 minutes to work each day, Manhattan Ave to Driggs down to Graham again. Evening walks after work when the bars were full and Brooklyn felt so alive. I was just happy to be there. Brooklyn was home.
